If you are not completely satisfied with any product purchased from Herbahealthshop.com, you may return the unused portion of the product(s) within 30 days from the day of receipt of the products for a full refund or product exchange.

Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we have received the products we will be able to issue a refund or replacement.
Missing Items/Orders
If you do not receive your order on the expected delivery date and the delivery company says it has been delivered Please check all possible safe places the parcel could have been left and check with neighbours.
If the parcel cannot be located you have 7 days from the expected delivery date (inclusive) to make us aware and we will raise a enquiry with the delivery company. If we are made aware of missing items past the 7 days cut off period we will not be able to assist and you will need to liaise with the delivery company directly.
